How does a business verify if someone meets a masking exemption?

Our local businesses deserve the greatest City support. 

Our business customers deserve the upmost respect, trust, and convenience, 

with strict adherence to California Privacy Laws: https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/privacy-laws .

To this end, I propose the CITY OF TRINIDAD support the California Department of Public Health’s 

position for businesses approving self-attested masking exemptions on customer arrival.
